The Ejector Scoop

An ergonomic ice cream scoop that utilizes the natural hand movements that come with scooping ice cream. When a hand grips the handle to scoop, the lever is flush with the curve of the scoop and the ice cream sits on top. When the handle is naturally flipped over and released, the spring inside the handle, releases and the lever pushes the ice cream up out of the scoop.
